We note for the great failure of software peer-to-peer is that it does not indicate if the files available on their networks are protected or not. Furthermore, no files on the site is in the public domain. You do absolutely no right to download the files if you do not have an original home legally acquired. According to Article L 122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, the right to private copying, ie the right to reproduce music or film for your personal use only, under strict the family can be recognized only if the movie or the musical work have been obtained legally. This means that if you have the original and you've got in legally, then you can absolutely download the file - corresponding to that which you own the original - on the site and therefore the network via peer - to-peer.
